'Miles Away/American Beat (with Handsome Dick Manitoba)' is available on 7" Vinyl only.
These are pre-orderable Now - The Vinyl editions are very, very limited, and different to the Swedish Universal pressings.
The CD turned up today (May 14th), and the Vinyl is due in tomorrow, all orders will ship out then :-)
